The Portfolio Change Board Terms of Reference helps oversee and manage the delivery of all change initiatives including programs, projects, and transformational activities critical to achieving strategic objectives. The PCB ensures that change initiatives are prioritized, resourced & aligned with corporate strategy, and delivered to time, cost, quality and benefits.
