The Risk Committee Terms of Reference provides governance for overseeing the organization's risk management framework, ensuring that principal risks are appropriately identified, assessed, managed, and monitored. The Risk Committee acts under the delegated authority of the Board to provide independent oversight of risk, supporting the Board to fulfil risk governance responsibilities.
