The Project Control Board Terms of Reference is established as the principal governance body responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the Project. Its main function is to provide strategic direction, monitor project progress, ensure effective risk and issue management, and authorize major decisions required for the project’s success. This ToR document defines the purpose, scope, structure, responsibilities and procedures of the PCB providing a clear framework to guide governance.
