The Strategy Committee Terms of Reference main purpose is to provide focused oversight, guidance, and assurance regarding the development, evaluation, implementation, and continuous monitoring of the organization's strategic plans and initiatives. It assists the Board by ensuring that the organization's strategic objectives align with its mission, vision, values, and risk appetite. This ToR sets out the purpose, responsibilities, reporting and operational standards of the Strategy Committee.
